John Behr Group, LLC was founded in 2002 by John Behr, Ph.D., a corporate psychologist with more than 20 years of experience consulting to business, education and government. John Behr Group, LLC specializes in high impact, short duration employee leadership coaching/assessment/development assignments. Our quick turnaround process has been honed over hundreds of engagements and is designed to specifically meet the needs of organizations of all sizes. It has as its core the proprietary, patent pending, scientifically validated EXEC Lifetime coaching method and the matching CompetenceVISION assessment tool.

History

The John Behr Group, LLC is the immediate successor to Leadership Capital Partners, a human resources consulting firm, also led by Dr. Behr, which successfully served as outside human resources counsel to Chicagoland name brand organizations. Prior, Dr. Behr was a corporate psychologist at leading HR consulting firms, where he honed his skills and discovered his natural affinity for working with more entrepreneurial rather than corporate firms and developed his unique focus on leaders and leadership.
